You can’t get the client to sign up if:
- You are late for the appointment
- Forget to bring the computer/calculator/notepad/pen etc.
- Didn’t even look at client’s file beforehand
- Try to cover what they don’t know by digressing to other things
- Doesn’t show interest is what the client is doing
- Doesn’t listen, talk too much
- Look tired or just had a fight at home
- Dull face and depressing
- Angry about the world being against them
- Being critical & judgmental about everything in life
