Doing these basic things will get you 5 out of 10 clients, these are the things that may get the client to sign up:
- If you don’t have much useful things to say during the appointment – just the basics Interest rates, Products and Loan Structure
- Pretend to be friendly but with no interest in the client
- Do lip service but don’t really have intention to help and follow-up
- Only know how to input data into the computer correctly as per what they have told you
- Turn up on time but don’t seem very happy to see the client
Start with doing the above and incorporating this in your script like a robot!
