How to be Average

Doing these basic things will get you 5 out of 10 clients, these are the things that may get the client to sign up:

  1. If you don’t have much useful things to say during the appointment – just the basics Interest rates, Products and Loan Structure
  2. Pretend to be friendly but with no interest in the client
  3. Do lip service but don’t really have intention to help and follow-up
  4. Only know how to input data into the computer correctly as per what they have told you
  5. Turn up on time but don’t seem very happy to see the client

 

Start with doing the above and incorporating this in your script like a robot!
